A Word of Welcome
Whether lifelong or visiting for the first time, you are welcome
I am delighted to welcome you to Holy Saviour Parish. We gather for Mass in the tradition our founders carried from Italy more than a century ago — a family of faith that still celebrates the feasts, sacraments, and hospitality of our home country.
The Patrons of Our People
Three towns, one faith
Our principal feasts honour the patrons of the towns in Italy from which our families trace their ancestry — carried across the sea and kept alive on Main Street for over a century.
Where Our Lord appeared as a young boy upon the mountain. Feast Sunday, August 9 — 11:30 AM Mass and procession.
Patroness — with San Calogero — of the Sciaccitani who came to Norristown from the town of Sciacca in Sicily. Feast Sunday, August 16 — 11:30 AM Mass, procession and Benediction.
Honoured at our mission church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. Feast Sunday, July 19 — 10:00 AM Mass at Mount Carmel Church.
